Frog On Top is a Los Angeles based web development studio.  With additional offices in Toronto and Edmonton, we specialize in high end design, Flash, full custom content management systems (CMS), 3D rendering, blog set up and integration. 

A Little Background

In 1999, Founders Jeff Kneller and Robert van Vlijmen met whilst working for an Internet Provider in Victoria, BC.  Jeff was creative director, while Robert worked client side as Senior Project Manager. The two shared a passion for all things "geek" and quickly became friends.

In 2001, Robert moved to Los Angeles, California and brought with him, a vision to start his own development studio.  But more importantly, he stayed in close contact with Jeff.  A year later, Robert was approached by Vin Diesel's company, One Race Productions.  Vin wanted to develop a site for Buddy Klein; a new artist to be signed under Vin's record company, Racetrack Records, who also a had a feature track on his upcoming film, A Man Apart.

From there, "things" grew rather quickly.  After Buddy Klein, FOT moved in to develop One Race's music, corporate and gaming sites.  Working with One Race led to developing sites and relationships with and for, Christien Tinsley (tinsleytransfers.com), Ryan and Lalo Schifrin (abominablethemovie.com, schifrin.com)...which brings them here, 9 years later.  Since then, FOT has helped launch dozens of successful websites across various industries from gaming to auto insurance to women's fertility.
